Westinghouse Electric Company provided the first nuclear power plant in the
United States in 1957. Since then, the company has provided the technology
basis for almost half of the current worldwide fleet of 430 plus reactors,
including 60 percent of those operating in the United States and essentially

plants in South Korea while pursuing new plant business in China.
