- This July 2006 report on the future risks of climate change to California
came from the California Climate Change Center. Under the auspices of

(PIER) program, it is a summary of more extensive techical studes by
researchers at the Scripps Institute, U. Cal.-Barkeley, state agencies,
and the Union of Concerned Scientists. The summary's 16-page length
